Online Blackjack Strategy

Sometimes when playing online blackjack for real money, it is a good strategy to double down. You will have to read the rules of the specific 

online casino where you are playing since doubling down may not be available or only available if you have certain cards. The basic double down is that you can double your bet and you will receive one and only one more card. So if you initial two cards compared to the card the dealer is showing indicate that the odds are in your favor, a double down can double the amount you win since both your initial bet and your double down bet would pay out. Keep in mind that the dealer in most cases will continue collecting cards until reaching a hard or soft seventeen, depending on the casino. Certain values put him at risk for bust, which is when you would go for a double down (unless your hand is already high of course.)
